What made you interested in this field?
I have had a lot of experience with fashion and I am very inspired by weddings I have been a part of which has led me to bridal design.

What jobs/internships/student organizations are you a part of that help you pursue this field?
Delta Zeta, Rho Lamda, JLM Couture Intern, Tiffany’s Boutique Intern

How would you describe your style?
My style includes a lot of elements with sparkle, rhinestones, lots of layers, and a mix of city and southern styles.

What are three words that you would use to describe yourself?
passionate, driven, and dedicated

What do you draw inspiration from?
I take a lot of inspiration from the great memories of weddings I have been a part of and also the people around me who encourage me to follow my dream. I also draw inspiration from fabrics; often times I will be in a fabric store see a fabric and not be able to pass it up because the design already creates itself in my head.

Who are your favorite creatives?
Hayley Paige and Allison Webb. They are both two of my favorite wedding dress designers and you can really see their passion and love for what they do in their work.

What is your favorite part about being a creative?
My favorite part is planning a design but ending up with something completely different by the end of the process. It teaches me to work with a design and be creative to make decisions during the design process when the first idea doesn’t work.

What are your goals/where do you want to be in two years?
My goal is to get into the bridal industry and become a designer myself. My goal as a designer is to make wedding dresses that a woman can feel beautiful in on the most important day of her life.

What is your dream job?
To be a senior bridal designer.

Other than this creative outlet, what do you like to do in your freetime?
I love going to fabric store and just sitting on the floor looking at fabrics and letting ideas come to me.
