What do your friends call you?
Faye, Faithie, FaithEB. It’s amazing the nicknames people try to give you when your first name is one syllable.
How old are you (if you don’t mind me asking!)?
39, I will be in the 40/40 club December 4th and I’m excited!
Where are you from?
East Chicago, Indiana
Which neighborhood do you live in right now?
I live on the Northwest side of town, near Eagle Creek.
What do you do for a living?
What do you do as a creative outlet?
Fashion photography. I’m currently working on merging my photography work with paint and other materials.
What’s the most interesting thing happening in Indy right now?
There’s so much going on right now. I’m a foodie so I love trying the new restaurants in town.
Favorite local brewery, distillery or winery?
I’m not much of a beer person but I am a fan of hard cider. Oliver has a few that are in my rotation. One of my favorite trips is going to Brown County and trying wines in that area.
Last trip you took?
I had a nephew and niece both graduate high school with honors this year so a road trip down south was in order. They live in Atlanta and Tallahassee. Gave me an opportunity to roam the streets and capture.
How did you hear about Pattern?
It’s hard not to hear about Pattern if you have a passion for fashion photography.
What was your favorite meetup and why?
My favorite meetup was during one of the earlier Pattern magazine launch parties. I loved it because the location was historical and the publication was still so new that everyone was just excited to be there and support all involved.
What are you doing this coming weekend?
Working, which usually involves shoots and editing. It’s a lifestyle!
