If you are interested in supporting an Indianapolis based brand, a good cause, and having a fun summer night, come out this Friday night to the Canal Apartment Complex for the Cours Inc release party. Former UIndy student, Andrew Walker invites you to join his brand Cours Inc for a style launch party that supports his former UIndy football teammate, Tim Jones. Twenty-five percent of the proceeds from Cours sales goes to Tim who was severely wounded three years ago on duty as a police officer. This event will raise money for Tim who’s still recovering from gunshot injuries as well as bring awareness to the Indy based business.
Cours was started in 2016 by Andrew Walker when he was still a student at UIndy as a way to find his course. The goal of Cours is to become a brand with the most positive influence in the world. Through the clothing, events and charity, Cours is getting it’s vision across to the masses.
Walker explains that the goal of this event is not only to display Cours clothes and benefit Tim, but it is also to “bring together like minded individuals that each have their own vision. Guests can network with all sorts of creatives in this community while also having a fun time. There will be a jumbotron displaying videos of Cours, an open bar, a DJ and amazing people from this community attending so why not come for the experience.”
Walker encourages everyone to join the party on August 16th. Cours Inc will be displaying merchandise at the event the sales of which will benefit Tim Jones. With music by DJ Kimanisho and O.D.D.I.T.Y., this evening will be full of amazing Indy artists collaborating for the event of the summer. Purchase a ticket for only $10 and come out to the Nine on Canal for a great time and to support a great cause!
