IN THE COMPANY OF WOMEN
This is an incredibly powerful and poignant year for women. To honor all of the fierce ladies who have paved the way and inspired so many of us, I encourage you to put this out at your next shindig for guests to flip through and feel empowered.

GIVENCHY CROPPED MILITARY JACKET
As a stylist, it is my job to help people incorporate timeless staples for their wardrobe. Pieces they can pair with most anything. You can NEVER go wrong with a military jacket. It is perfect year round, gives a polished look to any ensemble, and can be dressed up or dressed down. This one in particular is on my wish list this year. So if anyone out there is feeling generous I’ll be awaiting with open arms ready to slip it on!

LAUREN ASTON BLANKET IN BLUSH
Nothing like a big cozy blanket for the colder months, especially when it’s beautifully handmade and ever so stylish. I love this plush pink color. It’s very bohemian, like me, but pairs nicely with all of my mid century modern furniture.

CLUSE WATCH
A nice looking watch is a wonderful accompaniment to any ensemble. It can be worn as your only accessory or can be piled on with a million other bracelets and still stand out. I love Cluse watches. They won’t break the bank and have a refined aesthetic but induce a rock ‘n’ roll vibe design as well. My favorite is the Minuit in black with gold trim.

AUTHENTIC ORIENTAL KIMONO
I collect kimonos. And this kimono is my idea of heaven. I found it while attending the Pattern Chicago launch Party at the store Rider For Life, my version of the perfect retail space. The owner Lauren has an impeccable eye for vintage, for beautiful objects, and her art collection is insane. Talk about inspiration nation. And this Kimono? MAGIC.

BRYREDO GYPSY WATER EAU DE PARFUM
Floral, clean, chaotic, and robust with major sex appeal. The perfect combination of scents. Reminds me of my magical visit to Paris.

The amazing Grace Coddington. A true inspiration with such a strong and talented voice. To see her lifetime of experience unfold page after page is nothing short of incredible.

AMY KIRCHNER PAINTINGS
What would a Christmas wish list be without an amazing piece of art by an incredibly talented local artist? My boyfriend introduced me to Amy Kirchner’s work and I fell in love instantly. To have a piece of hers adorning the walls of my home would be the ultimate Christmas gift. Painting #3 is my current favorite.
