Pokémon Go, a new phone app released this month, is so popular that it has become one of the most downloaded apps ever. The concept of the app appeals to its players by allowing Pokémon to appear in real-life locations. The game allows those who loved Pokémon as kids to dive into the world of Ash, Misty and Brock once again.
The popularity of Pokémon Go has not skipped over Indianapolis. Players can be spotted all over the city, including the suburbs, but downtown places like Mass Ave, The Circle and The Canal as well as the Broad Ripple area are virtually crawling with hordes of cell phone toting players. Needless to say with our offices located right across from a Pokémon gym, we’ve seen a lot of “action” this past week, so we decided to play our own game of Pokémon Street Style, trying to “catch them all.”
