When you think of spring fashion colors you think of the ever popular, bright and pastel color palettes that are traditionally associated with this season. As consumers we are comfortable with those colors, they offer us solace and a warm reminder of the sunlight and green grass that will become more prominent with the arrival of the spring season.
But as consumers, who have grown more sophisticated, we also would like more original designs and fashion offerings in a wider range of color palettes to help satisfy our growing fashion appetite.
While many of the designers Spring/Summer 2011 Collections followed the traditional spring color palette, to our delight some did not. And I would like to share with you some of the “new” spring colors.
Thanks to Balenciaga, Bally, Balmain, Chanel, Monique Lhuillier, Nanette Lepore and many other designers, retailers will fill their inventory with beautiful “new” spring blacks, whites, metallics, reds and grays this spring.
